Nowruz

Nowruz, the Persian New Year, begins at the spring equinox around 20 March and has been celebrated for more than three thousand years. Homes are cleaned, the Haft-sin table is set with seven symbolic items, and families visit each other for thirteen days.

BolBol School welcomes the new year in Zurich and in Geneva with performances by our students, live music, dance and a festive table. Everyone is welcome. Tickets help us cover the venue, the musicians, materials and food; anyone with a low income is welcome to contribute what they can.
